The constructor creates a new RepositoryItemSpinEdit class instance and initializes all properties to their default values.

When a SpinEdit control is created, the current constructor is automatically invoked to initialize the control’s SpinEdit.Properties object. Generally, you do not need to call the RepositoryItemSpinEdit constructor unless you have to create spin edit controls for in-place editing (for use in the Grid Control or other DevExpress container controls).
