Creates a GDI+ canvas filled with the stored image.

Remarks

Call this function to create a new GDI+ API-based canvas and draw an image within the container on it. The created canvas matches the drawn image in size. If the container stores a vector image, the CreateCanvas function calls the ConvertToBitmap procedure to rasterize the image.

DevExpress controls call the CreateCanvas function to draw translucent images in a separate layer on top of a GDI-based canvas in GDI render mode.
