GridControl.ExportToHtml(Stream, String, String, Boolean) Method

Use the ExportToHtml method instead

Exports the data displayed by the GridControl.DefaultView (the GridControl.MainView or the currently maximized detail View) to the specified stream in HTML format with the specified title, using the specified character encoding. The output file can be compressed (secondary characters e.g. spaces are removed) if required.

Parameters

Name Type Description
stream Stream

A Stream object, to which the created document is exported.

htmlCharSet String

A String representing the name of the character encoding (e.g. “UTF-8”).

title String

A String containing the name shown as the title of the created HTML document.

compressed Boolean

true if the HTML code is compressed (secondary characters e.g. spaces are removed); otherwise, false.

Remarks

This method indirectly calls the PrintingSystemBase.ExportToHtml method of the XtraPrinting Library. If this library is not available the method does nothing. For details on the ExportToHtml method see the PrintingSystemBase.ExportToHtml topic.
