| Float | The dock panel floats. |
| Top | The dock panel’s top edge is docked to the top of its containing control. |

| Left | The dock panel’s left edge is docked to the left side of its containing control. |
| Right | The dock panel’s right edge is docked to the right side of its containing control. |
| Fill | The dock panel occupies the center of another panel (split or tab container) or form/user control. |
