Returns a value indicating whether it is possible to save the document, currently opened in the Rich Edit control, as a new file.

#Remarks

If this property returns True, end-users can save the current document as a new file. If the SaveAsAllowed property returns False, it is not possible to save the currently opened file under a new name.

Note

The SaveAsAllowed property supports the internal infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code. In order to identify and/or change the Rich Edit control’s capability to save the current document as a new file, use the SaveAs property instead.
