TcxCustomGridTableItem.OnGetStoredProperties Event

In This Article

Occurs when the list of the current table item’s properties that will be stored in external storage is produced.

#Declaration

Delphi
property OnGetStoredProperties: TcxGridTableItemGetStoredPropertiesEvent read; write;

#Remarks

Handle the OnGetStoredProperties event to customize the list of the current table item’s properties that will be stored in external storage such as a file, registry, stream, or custom storage as a part of the owner View. Whenever the store process is started, the list of the properties to be stored is produced. When the event is fired, the list already consists of the table item’s properties’ names which are stored by default. The set of properties in the list depends on the table item type (whether it is a column, banded column or band).

The Sender parameter specifies the table item object whose properties will be stored.

The AProperties parameter specifies the list of properties to be stored.

As for the guiding principles on how to use this event, see the example on how to handle the TcxCustomGridView.OnGetStoredProperties event.
