Quantitative Scales

The “quantitative” term is applied only to the scales designed to imitate various analog measuring instruments used to display numeric values within a certain range. The unbound and data-aware quantitative scale classes share the TdxGaugeQuantitativeScale class as their ancestor which implements the Single type Value property. This class also implements the value indicator animation functionality that you can apply to the scale every time its value changes.

The quantitative scales are represented by the arc, wide circular, and linear scales, since these are designed to imitate the analog measuring instruments, such as clocks, stopwatches, voltmeters, manometers, thermometers, barometers, etc.

The classes, implementing both the unbound and data-aware quantitative scales, are listed below:

Unbound Quantitative Scale Classes

Data-Aware Quantitative Scale Classes

Currently, only the digital scales do not belong to the quantitative scale type in the Gauge Control.
