FormatConditionBase.ApplyToSpecificLevel Property

Specifies whether to apply conditional formatting to data cells placed at the intersection of specified column and row fields. This is a dependency property.

If the ApplyToSpecificLevel property is set to false, the FormatConditionBase.ColumnName and FormatConditionBase.RowName properties are ignored.
