Specifies whether the node is selected.

Remarks

Set this property to True to select the node and deselect the previously selected node. This is in effect in both select modes – multi-select (the OptionsSelection.MultiSelect property is set to True) and single-select (the OptionsSelection.MultiSelect property is set to False).
