Fires before an end-user starts dragging the user event in the scheduling area.

Implement the OnBeforeDragEvent event handler to provide pre-processing before an end-user starts dragging the user event in the scheduling area.

The Sender parameter specifies the scheduler control.

The AEvent parameter specifies the user event to be dragged.

The X and Y parameters specify the relative screen coordinates of the mouse pointer.

The Allow parameter specifies whether dragging changes are applied. Set the Allow parameter to False value to cancel changes.
