Indicates whether the column is displayed at the top of the object that owns it.

Remarks

This property returns True if a column is displayed at the top of the object that owns the column. The IsTop property is useful, for instance, in Banded Table Views, which arrange columns into band rows. The IsTop property returns True if the column is positioned at the first band row. For Table View columns, the IsTop property always returns True.
