Returns the current line color.

Remarks

The ActualColor property returns the Color property value if it is not equal to TdxAlphaColors.Default. Otherwise, this property returns the TdxAlphaColor value determined for the current line by its parent UI element or global look & feel settings (the currently active skin, for example).
