Returns the current secondary fill color.

Remarks

The ActualColor2 property returns the Color2 property value if it is not equal to TdxAlphaColors.Default. Otherwise, this property returns the TdxAlphaColor value determined for the current line by its parent UI element or global look & feel settings (the currently active skin, for example).
