Parameters

newGroup	LayoutGroup	The group to add to the root group.
baseItem	BaseLayoutItem	A BaseLayoutItem descendant (owned by the root group) next to which the ‘newGroup’ is inserted.
insertType	InsertType	The position of the new group relative to the baseItem.
