Remarks
If the PrintVertLines property value is true, vertical grid lines are displayed in the print/export output regardless of their actual visibility within the View (i.e., regardless of the GridOptionsView.ShowVerticalLines option value).
Note
When exporting data to XLS(x) format in data-aware mode (the default mode), vertical lines are added up to the end of the output sheet (for performance reasons). In WYSIWYG export mode, vertical lines are only applied to exported cells, and are not applied beyond these cells.
