Parameters

Name	Type	Description
id	T	An object serving as a menu identifier.
to	Int32	An integer that is the position of a menu item within the menu object.

Remarks

Changes the order of menu items so that the specified menu item is placed into the specified position. The position is a zero-based index.

To move a menu item only if it is a submenu, use the CommandPopupMenu<T>.MoveSubMenuItem method.
