Parameters

id	T	An object serving as a menu identifier.
to	Int32	An integer that is the position of a menu item within the menu object.

Remarks

Changes the order of menu items so that the specified menu item is placed to the specified position. The position is a zero-based index. Only CommandPopupMenu<T> items are affected.
