RibbonControl.RestoreDefaultLayout() Method

In This Article

Discards all the layout customizations and restores the default RibbonControl layout.

Namespace: DevExpress.Xpf.Ribbon

Assembly: DevExpress.Xpf.Ribbon.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Wpf.Ribbon

#Declaration

public void RestoreDefaultLayout()

#Remarks

End-users can customize a RibbonControl at runtime if the RibbonControl.AllowCustomization property equals true. See the Runtime Customization topic to learn more.

Calling the RestoreDefaultLayout method in code or clicking the ‘Reset’ button in the Ribbon Customization Window restores the default layout. You can also use the RibbonControl.SaveDefaultLayout method - in this case, the RibbonControl‘s current layout will be counted as the default layout and the RestoreDefaultLayout method will restore this layout.
