Remarks
When any dock operation - dock, float, auto-hide, restore or close - is about to take place, the DockLayoutManager.DockOperationStarting event is fired. Handling this event allows you to perform a complete check and allow or cancel upcoming layout changes. If the DockLayoutManager.DockOperationStarting event was not canceled, the DockOperationCompleted event occurs. Handle this event to apply specific changes to Dock Items involved in the dock operation. See the DockLayoutManager.DockOperationStarting event to learn more.
