IdxSpreadSheetCellData Interface
Exposes the properties and functions that obtain cell data from ExpressSpreadSheet and ExpressQuantumGrid Views in a uniform format.

This interface provides the following members that allow you to:
Identify if a cell is empty (IsEmpty);
Access a parsed formula expression associated with a cell and its error status (AsFormula, GetAsFormula, AsError, and GetAsError);
Identify the cell’s actual value type (IsNumeric, DataType, and GetDataType);
Interpret the stored cell data as a floating point or Variant value (AsFloat, GetAsFloat, AsVariant, and GetAsVariant).
The actual behavior of the properties and their corresponding getters exposed by the IdxSpreadSheetCellData interface depend on its particular implementation.
