TdxSpreadSheetFreezeTopRow Class
An action object that implements the FreezeTopRow end-user command in Spreadsheet and Report Designer-based applications.

This class does not introduce any new public members. Executing this action object immobilizes the topmost currently visible worksheet row and all rows above it. Only the row visible at the moment of the TdxSpreadSheetFreezeTopRow action object execution actually becomes “frozen” at the top border of the worksheet area.
Note
To unlock frozen columns, execute a TdxSpreadSheetUnfreezePanes action object.
