Remarks

This constructor supports the internal infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code. It creates an empty collection of resources whose type is passed as the AItemClass parameter for a resource container passed as the AOwner parameter.

The resource container’s constructor calls this constructor internally to create a resource collection accessible via the container’s Items property.
