TcxSchedulerEventOperations.DialogShowing Property

Specifies if an end-user can invoke the “Event” dialog.

#Declaration

Delphi
property DialogShowing: Boolean read; write; default True;

#Property Value

Type Default
Boolean True

#Remarks

Set this property to False or True to forbid or allow end-users to invoke the “Event” dialog. The “New Event”, “New All Day Event”, and “New Recurring Event” items are disabled in the scheduler control’s popup menu, and double-clicking on an event has no effect if the DialogShowing property is set to False.

Note

Unlike all other end-user permission settings, the DialogShowing property works in read-only mode, so you can allow end-users to browse information stored within user events via the “Event” dialog without editing capabilities.

The default DialogShowing property value is True.
