Determines whether the time interval contains the specified date.

Boolean | true if the time interval contains the specified date; otherwise, false. |
Remarks
The time interval is supposed to contain the specified date, if the date isn’t less than the TimeInterval.Start and isn’t greater than the TimeInterval.End property values of the current time interval.
