Remarks
The ResourceDeleting event is raised before a resource is deleted and allows you to cancel its deletion. The event parameter’s PersistentObjectEventArgs.Object property identifies the resource. To prevent it from being deleted, set the PersistentObjectCancelEventArgs.Cancel property to true.
