SpreadsheetControl.RowsRemoved Event

Occurs after rows have been deleted from a worksheet via the SpreadsheetControl‘s UI.

Namespace: DevExpress.XtraSpreadsheet

Assembly: DevExpress.XtraSpreadsheet.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Win.Spreadsheet

#Declaration

public event RowsRemovedEventHandler RowsRemoved

#Event Data

The RowsRemoved event's data class is RowsChangedEventArgs. The following properties provide information specific to this event:

Property Description
Count Gets the number of columns inserted or removed. Inherited from ColumnsChangedEventArgs.
StartIndex Gets the index of the first column after which the columns are inserted or removed. Inherited from ColumnsChangedEventArgs.

#Remarks

Handle the RowsRemoved event to perform specific actions each time an end-user removes rows from a worksheet via the control’s UI. After new rows have been added to a worksheet, the SpreadsheetControl.RowsInserted event is raised.

The SpreadsheetControl.ColumnsRemoved and SpreadsheetControl.ColumnsInserted events are raised on removing and inserting columns via the control’s UI, respectively.

Note

By default, the RowsRemoved event does not occur when removing rows in code. However, this event will also be triggered by changes made via an API if you set the WorkbookEventOptions.RaiseOnModificationsViaAPI property (accessible via the SpreadsheetControl.Options.Events.RaiseOnModificationsViaAPI notation) to true.
