Remarks
Set the PropertiesPanelVisibility property to PropertiesPanelVisibility.Collapsed to enable the auto-hide mode. In this mode, the Properties panel can be invoked by the end-user by hovering the Properties tab. End-users can toggle between PropertiesPanelVisibility.Collapsed and PropertiesPanelVisibility.Visible modes by clicking the pin button 
within the panel.
