Remarks

Normally, this protected function supports the internal infrastructure that is not intended to be used directly from your code.

The IsShowHourGlass function checks if the cpoShowHourGlass option is included in the Options set. If this function returns True, the current mouse cursor is changed to crHourGlass during the report building process. Otherwise, the report building and rebuilding processes do not affect the mouse cursor.
