Stores scale settings for a numeric axis.

Name	Description
Offset	Specifies an offset applied to the numeric scale origin.
Owner protected	Provides access to the persistent object to which the current property set or persistent information container belongs. Inherited from TcxOwnedPersistent.
Step	Specifies size of the numeric scale step.
