TcxRowOptions.CanAutoHeight Property

Specifies whether to adjust the row height to show all the text in a cell.

#Declaration

Delphi
property CanAutoHeight: Boolean read; write; default True;

#Property Value

Type Default
Boolean True

#Remarks

If the value of CanAutoHeight is True the row height is automatically adjusted to entirely display the cell contents. If the text doesn’t fit inside the bounds of cells word wrapping is occurred.

Note that the number of lines is limited by the value of the TcxControlOptionsView.CellTextMaxLineCount property.

The CanAutoHeight property is ignored if the value of the TcxVirtualVerticalGrid.LayoutStyle is IsBandsView and the value of the TcxvgOptionsView.AutoScaleBands is True.

The default value of the CanAutoHeight property is True.
