Compares two UI scaling factors.

Remarks

Call this function to compare the current scaling factor and a scaling factor passed as the Obj parameter. Two scaling factors are considered equal when multiplying them by calling the Apply or Revert function produces the same result.

The Equals function returns True if the cross products of the Numerator and Denominator property values of both scaling factors are equal; otherwise, False.
