Remarks

Use the Border.LineStyle and Border.Color properties of the object returned by BottomBorder to set the characteristics of the cell's bottom border.

To specify each border of a cell or cell range individually (e.g., top, bottom, left, right, diagonal, inside and outside borders), use the corresponding properties and methods of the Borders object. Access this object via the cell or cell range Formatting.Borders property.
