If a cell contains a formula that cannot be calculated correctly, this cell displays an error. In this case, the cell value’s CellValue.IsError property returns true and the CellValue.ErrorValue property returns the ErrorValueInfo object that provides information on the error that occurred in the cell. The ErrorValueInfo.Type property gets the error type, the ErrorValueInfo.Name property gets the error name (error code) that is displayed in the cell, and the ErrorValueInfo.Description property provides the description of the error’s cause.
The Error Types document provides the full list of all possible errors that can occur in cell formulas.
