Creates a new layout item with the specified text and control, and adds it at a position relative to another item within the root group.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
text	String	A String value that specifies the layout item’s text.
control	Control	The control to display in the new layout item. This value is used to initialize the LayoutControlItem.Control property.
baseItem	BaseLayoutItem	A BaseLayoutItem descendant (owned by the root group) next to which a new item is inserted.
insertType	InsertType	The position of the new item relative to the baseItem.

Remarks
