NuGet Packages: DevExpress.Win.Grid, DevExpress.Win.Navigation

#Declaration

[DefaultValue(true)]
[XtraSerializableProperty]
public virtual bool AllowExpandCollapse { get; set; }

#Property Value

Type Default Description
Boolean true

true if cards can be collapsed; otherwise, false.

#Property Paths

You can access this nested property as listed below:

Object Type Path to AllowExpandCollapse
CardView
.OptionsBehavior .AllowExpandCollapse

#Remarks

Setting the AllowExpandCollapse property to false expands all the collapsed cards and prevents all the cards displayed within a View from being collapsed. Setting this property back to true collapses those cards which were previously collapsed.

If this property is set to true, end-users can expand/collapse cards by clicking the expand button whose visibility is controlled by the CardOptionsView.ShowCardExpandButton property. Cards can also be expanded/collapsed programmatically using the CardView.SetCardCollapsed method.
