Remarks
Use the GaugeControl.ShowToolTips property to enable tooltips.
To customize tooltips or prevent them from being displayed in specific instances, use events provided by the DefaultToolTipController or ToolTipController. For example, the ToolTipController.BeforeShow event allows you to customize the text and settings of tooltips before displaying them on screen.
