Assembly: DevExpress.XtraBars.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Win.Navigation

#Declaration

public event ControlReleasingEventHandler MaximizedControlReleasing

#Event Data

The MaximizedControlReleasing event's data class is ControlReleasingEventArgs. The following properties provide information specific to this event:

Property Description
Cancel Gets or sets a value indicating whether the event should be canceled. Inherited from CancelEventArgs.
DisposeControl Gets or sets whether a content object should be disposed of after it has been unbound from a document.
Document The Document related to the current event. Inherited from DocumentCancelEventArgs.
KeepControl Gets or sets whether a deselected Document’s content should be kept.

#Remarks

If a WidgetView document’s maximized control was assigned on the WidgetView.QueryMaximizedControl event, the MaximizedControlReleasing event allows you to remove this control when the document is minimized. To do so, set the KeepControl property to false. Thus, each time the same document is maximized, it will repeatedly raise the WidgetView.QueryMaximizedControl event and will be able to display different maximized controls. If you do not need to unbind and re-load the maximized control each time, set the Cancel property to true.

See the WidgetView.QueryMaximizedControl event to learn more.
