Remarks
You can specify encoding for MHT import explicitly using the DXRichEditMhtDocumentImporterOptions.Encoding property.
When the MHT document is imported from the stream, the encoding of the stream can be different from the encoding specified in the META tag. If this is the case, you should ignore the META declaration, to display text correctly.
