Line
A Line is intended to indicate an entire scale and can be used for decoration purposes. By default, it is placed under tickmarks but you can change its position by using the ScaleLineOptions.Offset property.
A Line is defined by an instance of the ScaleLineOptions class returned by the Scale.LineOptions property.
