Assigns the specified string as the hosted image’s universal resource identifier.

Call this function to assign or update a reference passed as the Value parameter to an external image within the Office Image container that is hosted by the floating shape. External references to images are normally obtained or updated from the INCLUDEPICTURE document field that refers to the displayed floating image’s source bitmap.

The SetPictureUri procedure is the PictureUri property’s setter.
