Along with the descriptive text specified via the Text property, you can also provide an explanatory image using the Glyph property.

The Glyph property is in effect, if the Visible property is True, and the VisibleElements property value includes the cveImage option.

Alternatively, use the ImageIndex property to specify caption images from the bound image lists that are associated with enabled and disabled states of the item (see the layout control’s OptionsImage.Images, OptionsImage.DisabledImages properties and the item’s Enabled property).
