Use the IsCustomizing property to determine whether the current bar manager is being customized. The value of this property is True, when the bar manager is being designed (at design time) or when the toolbar’s Customization Form is opened (at runtime). Otherwise, its value is False.

To open or close the toolbar’s Customization Form at runtime in code, use the Customizing method.
