Indicates whether the current bar manager’s item is being dragged.

Remarks

If the value of the Dragging property is True, the current bar manager’s item is being dragged. This property is used internally.

To specify the toolbar item that is being dragged, use the DraggingItem property. To get or set the item link of the item control being dragged, use the DraggingItemLink property.
