Returns a toolbar by its caption.

Remarks

A caption uniquely represents a toolbar for end-users in visual controls (for instance, the Customization Form, a toolbar’s popup menu, etc.). Use the BarByCaption method to access a bar by its Caption passed as the ACaption parameter.
