Specifies if end-users can invoke the “Expression Editor“ dialog using column header popup menu.

Remarks

Set this property to False to disable the “Expression Editor…” menu item for a grid View item.

This property has an effect if the menu item is visible.

Note

Call a grid View item’s ShowExpressionEditor procedure to invoke the “Expression Editor” dialog at runtime. The calculated field functionality is not available in server mode.

The ExpressionEditing property’s default value is True.
