Remarks
Each worksheet contained in a workbook, as well as the workbook itself, has its own collection of defined names accessible via the Worksheet.DefinedNames and IWorkbook.DefinedNames properties, respectively. If the specified defined name belongs to the workbook’s DefinedNameCollection, the IsGlobal property returns true. If the name has a local worksheet scope, the IsGlobal property returns false. In this case, you can use the DefinedName.Scope property to get a worksheet to which the defined name is scoped.
