Remarks

The GetEffectivePadding method returns the real padding, according to the control’s XRControl.Padding property value, the StylePriority.UsePadding property value of the control’s XRControl.StylePriority (if any styles are assigned to the control’s XRControl.Styles collection); and the value returned by the GetEffectivePadding method of the control’s parent.
