Boolean	true if the borders settings should be obtained from a style; false if the borders settings should be obtained from the control’s Borders property.

Remarks

By default, the UseBorders property is set to true, which means that if any style is assigned to a control’s via its XRControl.Styles property, then the control’s borders settings is obtained from this style. If you want the borders settings to be determined by a report control, not by its style, set the UseBorders property to false.
