Gets or sets a column, to which the format should be applied instead of the column specified by the TreeListFormatRule.Column property.

Remarks
If the ColumnApplyTo property is not set, the format is applied to cells of the column specified by the TreeListFormatRule.Column property.
In addition, you can apply the format to the entire row by setting the TreeListFormatRule.ApplyToRow property to true.
