Assembly: DevExpress.XtraBars.v20.1.dll

Declaration

[DefaultValue(null)]
[DXCategory("Behavior")]
public Form MdiParent { get; set; }
<DefaultValue(Nothing)>
<DXCategory("Behavior")>
Public Property MdiParent As Form

Property Value

Type Default Description
Form

null

The parent MDI form.

Remarks

The DocumentManager sets the IsMdiContainer property of the parent MDI form to true.

When a DocumentManager is created at design time, the MdiParent property is automatically initialized. When a DocumentManager is created at runtime, you need to manually set this property.

If you use WindowsUIView with a start-up TileContainer that should support touch scrolling, clear this property and assign the parent form to the DocumentManager.ContainerControl property instead.

documentManager1.ContainerControl = this;
